Got ADHD Tips? Share Them With Us!

We're passionate about sharing real experiences and practical advice that resonates with our community. We would love to feature your personal ADHD journey or parenting experiences with ADHD.

    What's in it for You?

We'll credit you for your contribution and link back to your preferred site as a token of thanks.

    What We're Looking For:

We're open to both full article submissions and small contributions. We love compiling nuggets of wisdom into a collaborative piece featuring multiple authors.

    1. Real Talk: We want your firsthand ADHD stories. The raw, the real, the good, and the tough.
    2. Helpful Hints & Visuals: Found a trick or ADHD hack that works? Show us! Original pictures or before-and-after shots would be perfect.
    3. Get Creative: We'd love to showcase your ADHD poem or free printable resource with our readers.
    4. Unique and Original Content: Just a heads up, we typically don't accept articles that are already featured elsewhere.

Ready to Share? Here's What We Need:

    1. Your Name. Or use a pseudonym or stay anonymous. It's your call.
    2. Backlink: Tell us where to link back to (if you'd like). Your blog? Social profile? You name it!
    3. Idea: What's your pitch? An article? A creative tip with original photos? A free downloadable printable? We're all ears!
    4. Your work: If you're submitting an ADHD hack or photo, please include it for us to review. For a guest post or original resource, please drop a link to your previous work.

Email the above infortmation to [email protected].
(hello(at)honestlyadhd.com). We review every submission carefully and unfortunately can't accept them all. We only accept content that will be helpful and valuable for our readers.

Your story could be a game-changer for someone else living with ADHD. Get in touch, and let's make a difference together.
