Download the free printables at the bottom of this post.

Our first tracker helps you keep tabs on all your meds, from prescriptions to vitamins. Remembering to take medication is tough for everyone, but even more so with ADHD!

    Tip for adults with ADHD

Keep this tracker where you can see it. Visibility helps with remembering.

    ADHD Medication Symptom Tracker

The second tool is a symptom tracker and log for those on ADHD medication or supplements. It helps you monitor how medications like stimulants or Strattera are working and manage side effects.

    Reminder

Some meds take time to show results. Be patient and try only to incorporate only one new medication at a time.

As always, consult your doctor or an ADHD specialist before making any changes to your health.

    FAQ

How do you track if ADHD meds are working?

Use our trackers to note how you're feeling with each medication. Keep track of emotions, behavior or attention changes, and any side effects. This can help you and your doctor understand what's working.

How do people with ADHD remember to take their medicine?

    • Keep the tracker in a spot where you'll easily see it. The more visible it is, the less likely you are to forget your meds.
    • Store your medication bottles in a location you frequently visit. For example, if you take medicine in the morning, place it next to your coffee pot.
    • Use your phone to set timers with alarms that sound different from your usual alerts. This unique sound will grab your attention, reminding you (or prompting you to remind your children) to take medication.

    Best Supplements for ADHD

We've conducted some research on supplements that may help improve ADHD symptoms. Please check with your doctor to determine if they could be helpful in managing your ADHD treatment.
